Singing fisherman 'Twinkle' through to the next round of the X Factor!
Serenading the gulls on his boat, the Two Boys, Twinkle the singing fisherman looks forward to the next round of auditions for Simon Cowel's X Factor. The singing fisherman has so far impressed the X Factor's music people through four auditions with his moving rendition of Mario Lanza's 'Be my Love' and is all set for the next round on the 23rd June at Aston Villa. Self-taught singer, real name John Trenere, has spent a lifetime entertaining local fishermen during the small hours over the VHF radio while at sea yet has rarely sung in public when ashore. However, Twinkle has now shrugged off his fear of performing in public and has breezed through each audition - watch this space!
