Defi des Ports de Peche: seconds to go before the start of the first days racing over an Olympic triangle course. Twenty seven yachts, each crewed by six fishermen, head for the start line .... and aboard the committe boat the apoplectic race commander started the race three times and nearly lost his voice in the process screaming orders at the teams who showed something of a cavalier approach to the whole affair! Many thanks to Madame Beneteau who provides the boats each year for this event.
